Until Love Becomes My Name

I can’t police the divine like I police myself

I can’t think my way to my heart

My caged bird can sing a shiny song of death

While I carry my past like a badge

Holy, holy - infest me with love

I am lonely; lonely I am

Holy, holy - pester me with love

Until love becomes my name

I can’t ride a wild horse, it rides itself

To greener pastures and I’ll meet you there

My binoculars are pointing to the past

But honey is made from within

Holy, holy - infest me with love

I am lonely; lonely I am

Holy, holy - pester me with love

Until love becomes my name

Holy, holy - infest me with love

I am lonely; lonely I am

Holy, holy - pester me with love

Until love becomes my name

Until love becomes my name

Poetry Of Dissolving Identity

One Guitar, One Voice

A guitar, a voice, and a little love — I found my home in the world.

I grew up listening to Simon And Garfunkel, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, Tracy Chapman, and many other folk legends.

Music teaches me to surrender and flow with life. To let go, let my little soul play, and the song naturally arises in that space. I capture that moment live with minimal production. My wish is for the songs to come alive in you.

I'm a folk singer-songwriter, but honestly, I'm just a fool in love with scribbling poems on sheets of paper.
