Teach Me The Good

you try to walk down

different roads again, but it's different

I try to see all the good again, but it's different

you try to reach home; open the door again, but it's different

it's like a puzzle without the main parts

be the main part of my world again

teach me the good

be the main part of my life again

teach me the good

be the main part of my faith again

teach me the good

teach me

I tried to make a stand

to find my place again, but it's different

I tried to forget the man who took my heart away

be the main part of my world again

teach me the good

be the main part of my life again

teach me the good

be the main part of my faith again

teach me the good

teach me

you watch the sunset in the distance every evening

you love yourself enough to be complete without me

but in the distance somewhere you know I must be watching too

be the main part of my world again

teach me the good

be the main part of my life again

teach me the good

be the main part of my faith again

teach me the good

will you teach me

will you teach me the good

Poetry Of Dissolving Identity

One Guitar, One Voice

A guitar, a voice, and a little love — I found my home in the world.

I grew up listening to Simon And Garfunkel, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Cat Stevens, Tracy Chapman, and many other folk legends.

Music teaches me to surrender and flow with life. To let go, let my little soul play, and the song naturally arises in that space. I capture that moment live with minimal production. My wish is for the songs to come alive in you.

I'm a folk singer-songwriter, but honestly, I'm just a fool in love with scribbling poems on sheets of paper.
